August Derleth

Have you seen our weblog or our monthly book review?
Derleth is the man who bears the most responsibility for keeping the work of in print lo these many years since that worthy's death. I'm deeply attached to my hardcover Arkham House edition of Lovecraft. But that hardly excuses the quality of the Derleth's own writing, or of his pathetic attempt to systematize things Lovecraft had wisely left obscure.
I read the book listed below; you don't have to. Go read something by Lovecraft instead.
