Peter Lovesey

Have you seen our weblog or our monthly book review?
I don't know much about Peter Lovesey except that he's English and writes some of the best mysteries I've read in a long, long while. Many of his books are about a gruff police detective named Peter Diamond, and he's written a number of singletons. I gather that there's another series, as well, but I've not yet had the pleasure.
